"I'm not, but anyone reading my testimonial probably thinks I'm related or in the Family Campers will somehow - because I have nothing to give but beyond-glowing reviews! I met the FC staff in September when I bought my Palomino Puma 25-RKSS, and they are truly a FAMILY business that you feel a part of when you do business with them.
The sales process was simple and painless. Charles was an informative, no-pressure salesman, and Pops and Greg made the rest of the sale very easy and quick. Despite this being a very large purchase / investment, I felt comfortable instantly with this whole team.
As a young, female first-time RV owner, I had NO idea of how to own and maintain a travel trailer without any help, but they have been available and helpful EVERY step of the way, whether it was in person or on the phone walking me through how to resolve a problem while I've been out on the road. Tom spent 5 hours on the education class to walk me through EVERY facet of operating the trailer, and he, Rex, TJ, Todd, and Sherry have always been available and helpful, and have NEVER made me feel ignorant for not knowing the answer to a question. I have not done much with the parts department, but when I have, Christine has always been pleasant and so sweet to deal with. The staff has frequently gone ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty to help me and be there when I needed help.
Long story short, this "family" welcomes me as if I were one of their own, and I will literally drive HOURS out of my way (and HAVE) to do business with them over another RV dealership. Their prices are fair and they are so much more service-oriented than we'll-take-your-money-now-thank-you-oriented, like SO many companies out there. As long as I can help it, I will NEVER do business with any other RV dealership! "

"In may we had a new gas/elect. hot water heater installed at boats and rv at rockwood,tn. In june the elect. side of the heater would still not work so we went back to them find the problem. after spending three and half hour waiting to talk to someone who could tell us what the problem was we left with no answers. We brought our coach to fam.camp on a day when no service people were on duty,however the service manager was there and spent over an hour with us helping us with our problem. we scheduled an appointment to have it fixed and took it to them. We were there aprox. four hours they fixed the hot water heater which had not been properly installed in the first place. We had some otherwork done as well and was treated wonderful. Boats and rv will never make it here in tn if they treat their coustomers the way we were treated.we can't say enough good things about the people or the work that FAMILY CAMPERS gave us. Fellow rver if you want good service and treated like a family member remember FAMILY CAMPERS when you have a problem."

"A friend of mine who works for a trucking company with the Postal Service while I was working with the Postal Service told me that when I get ready to buy a travel trailer to go to Family Campers. He had one that he had purchased and he told me they are the best people to deal with and they are honest. I have to agree with this friend. We purchased a 2010 Coachmen Freedom Express at the Murfreesboro RV Show. The sales people were very excellent and did not push you into buying, all you had to do was just look around and when you had a question about a unit, they were there to answer and if they did not know they would find out and come back to tell you the answer. My wife and I are completely new to Travel Trailer camping. We had quite a lot of questions and we got all of them answered. The preparation of the unit was excellent, all of the folks that work there are excellent and they know there jobs. I cannot name them all, but guys and gals all of you are great. I had never pulled a trailer of this size before. The day we finalized the purchase, I had butterflies in my stomach. The fine folks told me that I would be okay and I was. The guy that took me on the test backup did a excellent job in teaching. The guys that did the hitch work are great also, they took the time to get everything on correct and test everything. Tommy did a excellent job of going over the trailer from front to back and inside. The parts dept was excellent in helping you find parts and was very up to date on obtaining parts if they did not have them. I cannot think of much more to say except as a family keep up the good work and tell BooBoo hi from the Arnolds. All of you are the greatest. I will always refer any of my friends your way."
